What to tell us when you reach out
Tell us how many bedrooms and bathrooms you've got and how often you want a clean. Mention pets. Mention any surface that needs special care, like natural stone. If it's been a while since a real clean, say so, because the first visit takes longer.

A standard clean is upkeep. We wipe down the kitchen and bathroom and do the floors. A deep clean goes after buildup like grout and baseboards. Haven't had a real clean in a while? Start with a deep one.
It depends on who lives there. A house with kids or pets usually needs it every week or two. A quiet home can go longer. Tell us how the house gets used and we'll suggest a schedule.
Yes. It's done with the rooms empty, so we can get inside the cabinets and closets. Book it after the furniture's gone and before the new keys change hands.
